Thank you for your consideration of Richard's in your banquet planning!

In order to ensure a successful event at Richard's, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following guidelines.

Menu Selections
Menu selections are to be made at least three weeks prior to your event. All entrees for a single function must be the same. Exceptions can be made for dietary or religious requirements. Service includes linens, china, and silverware.

Menu Prices
Menu prices are subject to change, but will be guaranteed 60 days prior to your scheduled event. Plated selections are subject to a 15% service charge and 5% WI sales tax. Buffet prices include the service charge, and are subject to 5% WI sales tax. There is no additional fee to rent the Crown Room.

The Final Guarantee
The final guarantee of your guest count is required 7 days prior to your scheduled event. We request, howeve, that an estimated number of guests be provided to us 3 weeks prior to your event. Your final guarantee will be over-set by 5 persons. The Crown Room's seating capacity is 300 people.

Our banquest planners and staff offer SPECIAL SERVICES. They will be happy to arrange flowers, ice carvings, creative cakes, or assist in you selection of photographers, entertainment, or any other special requests you may have. Our trained staff will at your request, cut your wedding cake at a fee of $50.

A MINIMUM of 50 people for dinner to reserve the Crown Room at Richard's. A 150-person minimum number for dinner is required for a Saturday evening function.

A BILL will be presented on the day of your function for client signature or payment. Payment with a VISA, DISCOVER, OR MASTERCARD will be subject to a 3% service charge.

A deposit of $500.00 is required with your signed contract to hold your Saturday event. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied to your final bill. This deposit guarantees you access to the room on the day of your event. It does not guarantee access the day or days prior to you event. Contact us before your event for access to the room the day before for decorating or set up.

Our Crown Room may be used for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Weddings
  • Christmas Parties
  • Corporate Parties/Gatherings
  • Award Banquets
  • Fundraising
  • Easter Buffet*
  • Thanksgiving Buffet*

You may also use our Private Conference Room for groups up to 20 for parties or business dining.
